高级战略采购工程师 Senior Strategic Buyer

Job Description:

• Follow localization strategy of the company, sourcing suppliers of Machining and Welding parts.
• Achieve quality, cost, delivery performance with all suppliers, contrators to ensure project reach customer satisfaction.
• Tasks:
  • Communication with internal and external customers for clarifying specifications
  • Selecting, auditing, categorizing suppliers together with operational buyers
  • Initiate periodic evaluation meetings with suppliers
  • Initiate periodic evaluation meetings with his/her commodity operational buyers, and colleagues (including VMI Holland)
  • Writing and follow up his/her purchasing commodity strategy plan
  • Updating all reports (visit, action and decision log)

Requirements:

• University or above degree in Mechanical related fields;
• Over 3 years experience as purchaser or above position in foreign owned companies; Rich experience in sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting, evaluating suppliers;
• Familiar with OEM machining parts or welding parts; Can read mechanical drawings;
• Self motivated, with communication and leadership skills; 
• Good English, can communicate freely with colleagues of VMI Holland;
